Google Pay – Terms & Conditions
Eligibility & Requirements
Google Pay is available to users aged 18 and over. A compatible Android device, active Google Account, and internet access are required.
Adding Payment Methods
You can add eligible debit or credit cards issued by Transport Mutual Credit Union. When using Google Pay, a Virtual Account Number (token) is generated to process in-store contactless payments securely.
Usage & Transactions
All usage must comply with Google’s terms, as well as any terms set by your card issuer. Transaction history may be displayed within the Google Pay app for your convenience.
Security & Liability
Keep your device and account secure. Google Pay may be suspended or removed in cases of suspected fraud, device changes, or issuer request. Do not use Google Pay for unlawful purposes.
Privacy & Data
By using Google Pay, you consent to Google collecting and sharing transaction and device information with Transport Mutual Credit Union and other financial networks for fraud protection and service delivery. For more, see Google's Privacy Policy.
Changes & Termination
Terms may change. Continued use of Google Pay implies acceptance of any updated terms. Google may remove or suspend your access to the service at any time for reasons including security, inactivity, or policy violations.
