What happens next?

3. Document submission
If any additional documents are required, your loan officer will let you know what is needed and assist you with submitting them.

4. Assessment and approval
Once we have received the required information, your application will be assessed. We will notify you of the outcome as soon as possible.

5. Funding and beyond
After your loan is approved and finalised, we will guide you through settlement or funding. Our support does not end there — we are here to assist you throughout your loan journey.

Documents that may be required

To help us assess your loan application, we may ask you to provide some or all of the following documents.

Income documents

Recent payslips, employment details, Centrelink statements, rental income evidence, or other income documents relevant to your application.

Identification

Current photo identification, such as a driver licence or passport, if required.

Bank statements

Recent bank statements may be requested to confirm income, expenses, savings, or existing loan commitments.

Details of existing debts

Information about any existing loans, credit cards, overdrafts, or other financial commitments.

Vehicle or asset details

For vehicle or asset loans, we may require a tax invoice, sale contract, registration details, or payout letter if refinancing.

Property documents

For home loans, we may request a contract of sale, rates notice, building insurance details, or refinance payout information.
