You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play by searching for Transport Mutual Credit Union. Simply install it on your device and log in using your member number and internet banking password.
The app lets you manage your money on the go. You can check balances, transfer funds, pay bills, set savings goals and manage your cards - all from your mobile.
Use your member number and internet banking password to log in. You can also set up biometric login (Face ID or fingerprint) if your phone supports it.
Yes. The app uses advanced security features like two-factor authentication, automatic timeouts, and biometric login to help keep your accounts safe.
Yes. You can lock, unlock, or report your card lost or stolen in the app under the Card Management section.
Tap Pay in the app menu, then select BPAY. Enter the biller code and reference number, choose the account to pay from, and confirm your payment.
Select Transfer, choose the account you’re transferring from and to, enter the amount and reference, then confirm. You can also schedule future or recurring transfers.
Tap ‘Accounts’ from the quick access menu in the bottom left of the app home screen, login using your preferred method and then select the account or loan you would like to search through.
In the bottom right hand corner, tap the blue search icon and enter your search term (keyword) or dollar amount.
Yes, redraw is available within the App. The minimum redraw amount is $500.
